Services Provided
Parga Tour offers the following tourism services:
- Day Cruises: From Parga to Paxos, Antipaxos, the Blue Caves and Corfu, with stops for swimming and exploration.
- Coach Tours: Organised excursions and charter transfers to and from Parga.
- Transfers: Transport to/from Preveza Airport, Ioannina Airport and Igoumenitsa Port to Parga by taxi, minibus or coach.
- Accommodation: Stays in holiday rentals in Parga and nearby areas.
- Rentals: Car, motorbike and boat rentals.
- Private Excursions: Customised tours by coach or boat.
Bookings and Payments
A booking is considered valid upon payment of a deposit or the full amount, depending on the service. Full payment must be completed prior to the provision of the service. All payments are confirmed with an official receipt or invoice.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted free of charge provided they are made at least 42 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. In such cases, either the deposit or the total amount paid—depending on what has already been received—will be refunded in full.
For cancellations made within 21 days of the arrival date, the guest is required to pay 50% of the total booking amount.
For cancellations made 5 days or less prior to arrival, as well as in cases of no-show, the guest is required to pay 100% of the total booking amount, with no refund available.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations for other services (cruises, transfers, private tours) are accepted in accordance with the specific policy provided at the time of booking. The agency reserves the right to apply cancellation fees or charge the full amount, especially for last-minute cancellations.
Liability and Limitations
Parga Tour is not responsible for delays, cancellations or changes caused by third-party providers (e.g. transport operators, hotels) or due to force majeure events (e.g. weather conditions, strikes).
Force Majeure
In the event of extreme and unforeseeable circumstances, the agency reserves the right to cancel or alter services, offering a refund without any further compensation.
Civil Liability Insurance
Parga Tour has liability insurance coverage, ensuring the protection of its clients in the event of unforeseen incidents that may occur during the provision of services within the office.
Final Provisions
Use of the services implies full and unconditional acceptance of the above terms. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Preveza.
