House 301 is set amidst a lush garden with olive and lemon trees just 700 meters from the center of the picturesque town of Parga .
The house has a total of 6 rooms and 2 bedroom apartments. Each room offers a peaceful atmosphere and comfort and all apartments are distinguished for their spaciousness, elegance and cleanliness.
The complex consists of two floors with four apartments in the ground floor and four on the floor. All apartments have been designed and furnished in a traditional Mediterranean style combined with regional architectural tradition.
Our garden is filled with colorful flowers and fragrant lemon trees that stimulates the senses of guests and creates pleasant feelings.
In our air-conditioned apartments we combine traditional elements with modern decor. The sea breeze and the shade of large trees create a cool and pleasant environment that covers all the villa complex.
