Studios are located just 50 meters from the central beach, practically on the beach and 90 meters from the port and the city market. All studio apartments are bright with a view to the beach and the enchanting islands of Parga.

Studios are well organized and clean and meet the expectations of every guest. 
The facilities are the following: a kitchen, refrigerator, pharmacy, mosquito nets, satellite TV with excellent reception, air condition and bath with hot water for 24 hours.

They follow all  the operating standards, fire safety, combined with excellent sound and heat insulation of the building, without the risk of unpleasant surprises.

The rooms are cleaned daily and linen and towels are changed every three days. There is a small reception operates 24 hours a day where the officer will immediately solve any problem or question.
